Friendly staff, an interesting building that clearly has history, but the breakfast selection could use some improvement.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and I could swap dinner for lunch; breakfast and lunch were both decent with two main dishes and several desserts to choose from. The rooms, as the name suggests, are old (La diligencia), and because there's no elevator, you have to ask for help with your luggage depending on where you are. The bathroom is very small, and when I hung the towel the towel holder fell, leaving the towel on top of the sink. The furniture looks very outdated and a fresh coat of paint would be nice.

What I liked most was the hospitality, the restaurant was fantastic, and the location is a little historic gem. There are small things that could be improved, but if you go in with a clear idea of what to expect, the place itself immerses you in its history.

“desagradable recuerdo”

Estaban las sábanas sucias, el suelo también(foto), las mantas olían mal y en el baño no había jabón, ni shampoo, la ducha estaba rota y la cortina de la ducha estaba sucia y rota. Tuvieron que buscar la llave y probar varias ( estaba la puerta abierta) y el olor del restaurante impregnaba la habitación creo. Me marché antes de 1 hora a otro hotel cercano, tampoco reclamé devolución, solo quería marcharme con mi hijo. El taxista que me recogió y otras personas confirmaron lo nefasto del sitio
