We were both wowed the moment we walked in—such a gorgeous stay, cozy and fully equipped. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our dogs. Nothing comes to mind as a problem; we had a wonderful time.

All the necessities were provided. The only drawback was the stairs, but we managed by using the sofa bed instead.
