Extreme kindness. Excellent welcome. Customer attention was felt from all staff. The bathroom lacked a bidet, the sink was small and had no place to put anything, the wardrobe was equally limited, and the fridge was so small that I had to remove the offered juices to store my medicine. The door that closed onto the other room was not sound‑proof and reduced privacy. In light of all this, the rate of 1400€ per day feels unbalanced.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. La Roqqa was fantastic in every possible way. The staff deserve a special mention: everyone was incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The level of hospitality was exceptional. The restaurant was another highlight. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, and dinner was genuinely excellent… the kind of food that would be worth coming back for even without the hotel (and we did). I especially loved the Eight Tomatoes pasta. I wish they had boxes of it available to take home, because I would have bought eight of them. The gym is great, the beach and beach service are lovely, and everything throughout the hotel feels extremely well thought out and beautifully done. It’s rare for a hotel to get so many things right at once: wonderful people, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, great facilities, and a genuinely warm atmosphere. Easily one of my favorite hotel stays anywhere. I can’t wait to come back 🌞

Gastronomy and the private beach with shuttle service and the location. The clothing of the staff, especially in service, could be a bit more elegant considering the hotel category.

I stayed near town and the beach club was fantastic; the staff handled every request promptly and the service was top‑level. However, the fit‑outs felt a bit cheap and didn’t feel quite up to a 5‑star standard.
