The place is tucked away from the busy streets, so it’s quiet. It’s close to the main attractions and great restaurants. The room matched the pictures exactly but was smaller than expected. The bathroom was clean but looked a bit worn. Note that the building’s air‑con units hang just outside the balcony, and you can hear them buzzing when you open the window.

The place sits right in the heart of Palermo, and most sights are within easy walking distance – the location is truly great! The room was spacious enough, well furnished, and perfect for a city break. Chiara was a very friendly, helpful host. If you’re driving in, remember you need a ZTL permit for the city center; it’s easy to arrange through an app. Parking right outside the property is a bit tricky. The bed felt a touch too soft for my taste, and the pillows weren’t quite my preference – my husband, on the other hand, loved the bed. 😊 For guests with limited mobility, note that the rooms are accessed via a fairly narrow, steep staircase spanning two floors, so keep that in mind when booking. A few minor renovations or cosmetic updates could also be beneficial.

The property is excellently positioned just steps from all the central attractions of Palermo. Unfortunately, the narrow alleys nearby are littered with trash and bad smells, and some buildings in the area are dilapidated. This first impression of decay doesn’t do justice to the city’s beauty. It’s not the B&B’s fault – it’s a city-wide issue that’s especially noticeable in this area and can’t be ignored or left unreported.
