I can’t see any reason to like this place. I regret booking it even for a single night. The room was tiny, cluttered, and stinky, and the hotel itself felt very dirty. In the shower the water rose to my ankles because the drain was clogged with hair and grime. The street the hotel sits on is so narrow that our grab driver spent 30 minutes getting out of traffic congestion. Don’t book this place.

The hotel was very sophisticated and elegant, with maximum comfort and polite staff. I’ll recommend it to all my Hungarian friends who want to travel to Thailand. Nothing else.

The location was good, but our stay was disappointing. We weren’t told the rooftop pool was closed for renovation, which was a major let‑down. One AC didn’t work, no hair conditioner was supplied, and hot water was intermittent. We also found leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. We were told to use a QR code for room service, but the code was missing.

Las dimensiones de la habitación, realmente muy espaciosa. Pero lo más importante fue la atención del personal, en particular Ao en la recepción y Som en la conserjería, pero todo el personal en general fue muy atento y servicial. Buen fortín room y excelente Sauna. En los días que yo estuve la piscina estaba remodelación
