The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and there was a luggage storage service.

The staff were fantastic, and the spot is right in the middle of the city, close to plenty of charming eateries. The rooms feel open and the beds were amazing—definitely one of the most comfy stays I've had. The bathrooms are roomy and stocked with Ferragamo shampoo, soaps, and body lotions. Each room comes with an espresso machine, a fridge, and free water and sparkling water. The value is great, and the staff are truly a gem.

I make reserve for 5person and after when i arrived recepshen girl told me that 1room more then 2person dont posibile after i ask her for number of manager and she dont give me and she make me pay more

The room was tidy and roomy, and the staff were very kind and helpful, offering top‑class service. However, the air conditioning was awful and barely cooled the room, leaving it too warm to sleep. The mattress was also uncomfortable and needed replacing.
