The resort itself is gorgeous, the restaurant food is tasty, and the waiter was friendly; the reception area is lovely. However, the check‑in time is set at 16:00, so when we arrived a little earlier we had to wait over two hours at the front desk. The chalet was dirty, forcing us to remove the dusty carpet in the lounge because it had crumbs of old bread and potato chips, and the housekeeper was unfriendly.

The place is quiet and private, but the air‑conditioning in the lounge didn’t work – I think all the units could use a modern upgrade with an airfryer.

The view was amazing, and the pool and restaurant were great. The stove was broken, but it was finally fixed on our last day.
