They charged us twice even though we had paid through booking. I’m waiting for a refund ASAP? The reception was not serious.

I was disappointed by the lack of cooling when the temperature hit 40 °C, and the whole building felt unbearably hot.

The spa area was fantastic, and the location offered a beautiful view, but the dinner was the weakest part of our stay; the staff seemed overworked, causing long waits and poor communication. Even though a vegan menu was advertised beforehand, we had to wait a very long time for the vegan options, which is unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel. We also weren’t told that half‑board was already included, so we ordered à la carte unnecessarily and incurred extra charges. Overall, the evening service left a hectic, unprofessional impression.
