Youssouf was super friendly and helpful, he always assisted us with our concerns.
It's right in the heart of the medina, but as soon as you're inside, it's super peaceful.
The place was clean, tidy, and incredibly fresh!
The breakfast was lovely - I didn't have any issues at all.

“Fun experience”
The location, cleanliness, and comfort were good. The only downside was the lack of separation between the toilet/shower and the bedroom.

Everything was amazing! The staff were super attentive, always ready to help us. We even got a surprise because it was my birthday :) The location was super central, we walked everywhere! The design was incredible, very well thought out and exactly as in the photos. Our room was right in front of the pool and waking up with that view was incredible! Thank you

Everything was fantastic at Maison Nalos, from the rich breakfast to the comfortable rooms and the beauty of the property. The quiet inside the hotel is a real plus. The location is ideal for exploring the souk and the city in general. Communicating with the staff was easy; they were super welcoming and gave great advice for a pleasant stay in Marrakech! The only regret was a malfunctioning TV, but the staff was responsive and it never tarnished the quality of our stay.
