“すごく良かったです”

Being close to Nagashima Spa Land was a plus, and on the fireworks day I parked my car there and walked in. The staff were great, and even though it was late they came to pick me up on the way back, which was very kind. I’d definitely stay again.

Even late at night the staff welcomed me without any problems, and the Nagashima Spa Land parking lot is just a stone’s throw away, so if that’s your goal, this place works well. No negatives.

“ナガシマスパーランド目的であればかなり満足度の良い滞在”

I stayed for Nagashima Spa Land, and because it’s right next to the venue I avoided the morning traffic and arrived on time. Also, thanks to the New Heartpia Onsen management, I received a ticket for the main building’s large bath (about a 20‑minute drive) and was able to use that, which was great. The only downside was the thin wall; the neighbor’s snoring leaked in. I managed to sleep after a brief pause, but it was concerning.

The staff were very friendly and gave me a good vibe that lifted my spirits. They set up a simple bed for each of us, so we could rest comfortably and shake off the fatigue. The only issue was hearing noise from the next room, so I had to stay quiet to keep it down.

“Great location and very friendly host”

What a lovely property! The owners were very friendly and even gave us a lift to the train station the next morning. The traditional building was clean and had everything we needed. Bonus: they have rare cars in their garage that my husband enjoyed looking at. We’ll definitely stay again next time we visit Japan.
