“Very poor.”
The location and valet parking were spot on, but the hotel felt more like a rundown motel with dirty rooms, old furniture, and a filthy swimming pool.

Everything except the breakfast staff. Very near to the beach, quiet room, comfortable beds, and clean new hotel

The breakfast was pretty lame, which brought my overall rating down.

The location was wonderful and the staff were super attentive, and the breakfast was very good, but when we booked we weren’t told about a $150 fee; upon arrival the hotel explained it would be refunded later, we paid it, used the restaurant and got a partial credit, yet the rest was never returned.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast excellent, but the ongoing construction was a downside.
