We’re still waiting for the adjusted room price; we were charged more than quoted and were told it would be corrected, but it hasn’t happened yet.

Nothing was very bad, the service was terrible, the worst of the worst, especially the receptionist. She was closed when I arrived, I kept calling for 40 minutes, then someone opened the reception, was angry, rude, and unhelpful—an awful experience; I would never return, even if it were free.

The room itself was nice, but we found two camel spiders inside; knowing those huge spiders were in our room made it impossible to stay or sleep.
