I canceled the trip, yet I was still charged for no-show. WTF. Pardon my French. The manager must refund what was taken from my pocket.
“Because of the elevator being out of service and my mother having to use the stairway and use a walker I will have to ra”
Breakfast was so good—props to the preparers! The only elevator was out of service the whole weekend, forcing my 90‑year‑old mother on a walker to use the stairs, which was a huge inconvenience with our luggage and her needing assistance. The bathtub had visible hair in it, and the toilet flushed improperly, clogging a few times with paper. The front desk attendant had to come up to our room and turn the TV to the side, unplug the cable, then reinsert it just to get the channels to work, making our stay very challenging.

I hated it—the rooms were very dirty and dusty, and everything was not clean at all.

The location was great and the front desk staff were wonderful; the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, though the area felt a bit cramped so arriving early is wise if you want a waffle. We checked in very late at night and the process was seamless.
I booked a room that allowed pets, but when I arrived they could not accommodate that request.
