All the staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. The smoke alarm in our room kept chirping as if the batteries needed changing; I tried calling the front desk but the phone wasn’t working, yet a staff member came into the room in less than 5 minutes after I went to the desk.

The pool was far too cold for my kids to enjoy, but otherwise our stay was great!
