From day two, no complimentary water or coffee – everything is paid. The staff were rude in speaking, and they didn’t care whether you stayed or left. The washroom had a water leakage issue.

Flexible check‑in hours, good location, smoking zone. The staff were broken, there were small ants in the room, and the bathroom was dirty.

The location is normal, a 10‑minute walk to the metro. From 7 am you can hear the whole street even with the windows closed, and the TV didn’t work at all.
