The place was filthy—mold everywhere, floors never washed, dust on every surface, an old bathroom with a bad drain odor, broken electrical, a hair dryer that fell off the wall, questionable bedding cleanliness, no AC, and windows shut because of dirt and debris.

The front desk speaks Chinese, which made communication very smooth, they arranged a quiet room at the front of the building for us, all basic amenities were present, the bathroom was spotless, there was plenty of parking in the courtyard, and a barbecue area for activities.

The motel is ideal for families and pets, with only a single pet fee of $15. We appreciated the convenient location near everything, and the self‑check‑in worked well for late arrivals. The stay was lovely, though the room needed a bit more cleaning, especially on the floors. Overall it was acceptable. We stayed in a quadruple room.

The room was a good size, the bathroom was decent but the tub was very deep, making it hard for my wife to get in. The bed was fine, though a bit small for the two of us, but that wasn’t an issue. I used the sofa bed, which needed some repairs. We felt very comfortable and safe, and unlike other motels in the area, this one was very quiet with no traffic noise. We’ll stay again. It would be nice to have air conditioning, but I understand it’s costly, so the fan was acceptable. The room didn’t overheat, so that was fine. I told the manager about the sofa bed, hoping they’ll fix it.
