The hotel’s location is great, but the rooms feel cramped.

We just wanted a simple breakfast of aloo paratha around 7:30 am because we had to leave early for Mawlilong due to road construction. The staff suggested we start early, but the usual breakfast time was 8 o’clock. Even after requesting it, the kitchen staff and reception didn’t comply, and their attitude was rude. We were traveling with small kids and they didn’t arrange anything for us. We were supposed to receive complimentary breakfast, but we didn’t get any, and they didn’t refund the value. I won’t recommend this place, even though the location and property are good. The staff showed a complete lack of humanity.
