The place feels like stepping into a well‑kept 80s time capsule – the retro furniture and appliances actually work, which is a nice surprise in 2025. The staff were warm and quick to help, and I appreciated the electric charger for my motorcycle. My room was big, spotless and had everything I needed, and breakfast hit the spot every morning. Only downside is the hotel’s remote spot; if you’re after lots of restaurants you’ll feel the isolation, but hikers will love the nearby trails.

We returned for a second stay and, once again, it was gorgeous. The surroundings are breathtaking, perched right between the mountains, and the balcony gave us a killer view. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, just the way we like it.

The hostess was incredibly sweet, greeting us every morning and evening with a friendly smile. We felt right at home, and the view of the mountains from our room was simply stunning.

Breakfast was decent and enough to start the day, and the rooms offered a gorgeous outlook. There’s a bit of traffic on the road in front of the guesthouse, but it quiets down nicely after dark.
