The service here was honestly perfect - the team were all so friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly.
The breakfast buffet here had a great selection of food, which was awesome, but sometimes the items that were supposed to be hot weren't quite.

“Mitten in Lech wohnen”
The room was spacious with a slightly antique charm and the breakfast buffet was really tasty, yet the window facing the back of the building had no view and people were smoking outside, which was unpleasant.
Everything was excellent, including the sauna area.

Everything was perfect, the sauna was beautiful with many small rooms, but I found it a bit irritating that only "well‑dressed guests" are allowed into the restaurant, so when we were on a multi‑day hike we weren't properly equipped.
