The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially the security guards who went out of their way to help. The hotel sits directly opposite a Big C shopping centre, so the food stalls and restaurants nearby were a big plus, and the main road hosts markets and other local food options. The train station is only a 10‑minute walk away, which I found very convenient. I also liked that rooms were cleaned daily unless you requested otherwise. The location was perfect for my trip, within walking distance of everything I needed. The only downside was that the balcony with the city view didn’t live up to expectations; it was small enough to step out for a breath of fresh air but not large enough to sit or hang out on. That was my only complaint, and it didn’t ruin the stay.

They let us check out late, helped us book a taxi to the airport, and the hotel is very close to all the main attractions. Nothing much to complain about.

The room was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked well and was quiet enough to keep it on at night. A short walk to On Nut station and close to Lotus Shopping Centre made it easy to get what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly. The only problem was that we faced a multistorey car park; it was surprisingly loud almost all day, making it hard to sleep without earplugs—probably because the windows are thin. We asked for laundry service early in the morning, but they said it was closed and couldn’t do it, which was inconvenient since we had limited time to sort it out.
