The welcome was very warm, the staff were kind and helpful, the baths were enjoyable, the room was magnificent and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent (gluten‑free and lactose‑free options available).

Everything about the accommodation was absolutely perfect—from the room and reception to breakfast and the ryokan itself. This experience will stay with me and I can’t wait to return.

The service was amazing. The room was very big, nice and clean. We added the traditional Japanese breakfast and it was really delicious. The normal onsen and private open air onsen were very good too! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good traditional Ryokan experience! There wasn’t anything I was dissatisfied about!
