I liked the stay, the breakfast, and the location was very good. The TVs weren’t smart‑TVs, so you couldn’t stream Netflix or watch a movie; having that feature would make it much better for guests who want to watch shows or films.

Breakfast was tasty. The guards acted very poorly toward us, treating us as if we were unwanted from the moment we arrived—abysmal behavior. The price‑to‑value ratio was very bad.

Everything was perfect. However, when we sent our laundry to the hotel’s laundry service, some clothes came back stained and mixed with other colors, and nobody acknowledged the damage.

The hotel feels very comfortable and the staff are attentive; this was my third stay here, the rooms are spacious with very comfy beds and the breakfast is very thorough, but the bar shuts at 21:00 and housekeeping now comes only every three days unless requested, which hurts the value for the price they charge.

The reception staff took an interest in my stay and told me that because I was leaving early, they could provide a box lunch.
