I was really impressed with this place - it looked great, the bathroom was awesome, and the bed was super comfy. Everything was just really nice and I felt right at home.

I had a good stay, but they asked me for extra ID verification which was a bit annoying. The hotel itself was fine, though. I guess it's just their policy to be super secure. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I booked this place like a dozen times before, but this time they demanded I upload a photo of my driver’s licence and a scanned copy of my credit card after they’d already charged my card in full, threatening no refund if I didn’t comply. The room was nice and the location beautiful, but that extra step was completely unreasonable.
