“DECEPCIONANTE”
The hotel was under renovation when we arrived, they gave us a room we hadn’t booked, no balcony, and a sofa instead of a split bed. They offered a 20 % refund for the inconvenience and I’m still waiting. DISAPPOINTING.
Very clean, right next to everything we needed, and the staff were great; the place is very quiet, far from the center's noise.
The spot was perfect for getting around – several tram stops close by made it easy to reach every place we wanted, and the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. On our last day, after a late‑night flight, we could leave our luggage there and spend the day exploring, then return for a coffee before heading to the airport, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was simply wonderful and absolutely delicious, and the bed in our room was comfortable enough to sleep well. What we liked less was the room itself: we booked a room with two separate beds, but the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Storage was very limited – no proper wardrobes or cabinets, just a small rack that we mainly used to dry towels. We appreciated the coffee machine and a good‑quality fridge in the room, but a larger wardrobe and a foldable drying rack would make the stay a bit more comfortable. Overall, these are just small improvements; we still had a very pleasant experience and definitely recommend the accommodation.

Also, not understanding how room cleaning worked, I couldn’t use the towel change even though I’d requested it through the AI assistant on Booking. Finally, check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, and after a half‑day with heavy backpacks I showed up to find the room would only be ready 45 minutes later – not ideal. The ground‑floor bar said I could drink water there, but why not provide plastic bottles so I could take them to the room? I find it a bit limiting to offer a service that I can only use halfway.
