They were fully booked and had no rooms, so we ended up at another guest house. The staff was uncooperative.

Only the location mattered. Insects in the bathroom, no lock in the bathroom, the property needs work, and the cupboards are terrible.

“AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!”

Nothing positive. I booked with them, received a confirmation, went there, and was told they had no rooms. They said they would assign us to one of their other hotels, but I could tell they were just searching online. They left me and my family waiting outside late at night for over an hour. Eventually I got fed up and booked another hotel. I wasn’t the only one—someone ahead of me in the queue had the same issue. Avoid this place at all costs.

“They are only good at listening just to keep you waiting. They lack service, support and deliverance.”
