I had an absolutely terrible experience. I arrived at the address I had booked, but there was no one to greet me—actually, it wasn’t a rental at all but a construction site! I feel completely deceived. I couldn’t reach the host to check in, so I had to leave. Please contact me and issue a refund. I have plenty of photos proving I went to the location and that it isn’t a lodging place.

The location was fine, but I never received the check‑in instructions, couldn’t get into the place, and had to ask other residents for the entrance code. The owner didn’t answer phone calls or messages on the platform.
