Nice spot in Viareggio.

The location is perfect and the staff are helpful. The room was dirty, with dust on the floor, and the equipment was very old. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose; everything in the bathroom feels like it will break. Breakfast was cold.
