“Austins Best Kept Secret”
The hotel was spotless, and a smiling staff member welcomed us as soon as we entered; the lobby smelled fresh thanks to an air freshener, and there was a dispenser of cucumber/orange water along with a jar of pet treats for guests with animals. My small suite was immaculate, linens were fresh, the mattress was comfy, and the kitchenette had dishes that looked brand‑new. Everything stayed clean and well kept, and the decor was tasteful and elegant. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and the dining area was clean and welcoming—highly recommend! The only downside was that we only received three large towels instead of the four we’d hoped for, and I’d have liked a non‑slip mat for the shower. Aside from that, it’s the best stay in Austin so far.
