The professionalism and kindness of the staff is noticeable. The location of the hotel is fabulous with an amazing view. The room is comfortable. Some of the food could be better. Some noises like the jet ski early morning near the shore or the ones when they load/unload things near the rooms facing the lake (on the other side than the pool) can be annoying.

A great spot, especially for its location, though the gym could use a little improvement.

The location is beautiful and the staff are great, but I wish the main restaurant had an outdoor seating area.

We returned to Haile Resort after five months and found the facilities still excellent, especially the gorgeous infinity pool and the lakeside spot. We also got to try the mini‑golf and horseback riding on the property. On the downside, the hotel was fully booked and our room was poorly positioned: it sat on the hallway side right next to the big staircase, so we heard a lot of noise from people passing by and children shouting, and the window side was close to the generator in the large kitchen, which was also loud. It was hard to sleep even late at night or early in the morning, and when we asked for a room change we were denied.
