Nothing positive here; the hotel sits in an industrial zone, the reception was closed, the building had no ventilation, the rooms were sealed, each bed had a thin pillow and a folded continental pillow, thin old duvets with old covers, only a small towel per room, no side table or lights, and the fridge and microwave came without glasses or a coffee mug, plus no fan or air‑conditioning.

The spot is relatively quiet, set in a mixed commercial‑residential area, and we stayed just for one night while passing through; the family room was spacious enough, functional and the beds were comfortable, and the key‑safe process was smooth, but our room faced the street on the first floor, so without curtains it would have been flooded with street lights and external illumination, and it got extremely hot with the sun blasting in all day, making me hesitant to keep the windows fully open while sleeping because the wide sill in front of the window let in a lot of heat, feeling like a 40‑degree Italian summer without any fan, and the rooms are very noisy, so you can hear neighbours next door and even those on the second floor.

It’s fine for a car‑based stay; a Park‑and‑Ride is five minutes away. Under extreme heat it’s not recommended—there’s no air‑conditioning, no fan, and no blinds; the curtains are insufficient, and you can’t ventilate at night if you’re smoking on the parking lot.
