The hotel was spotless and we adored the interior décor and design; the bus stop right across the street made getting around San Francisco a breeze. However, the shower’s water pressure was awful and we could hear the constant thumping from the room above us, and because we were new to San Francisco we didn’t realize how close we were to the Tenderloin.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but the hotel was across the street from the hospital where I needed treatment, so it was very convenient for me to get there.
