Even though I checked in late, the front desk staff handled everything kindly and patiently, and I have no complaints at all.

We stayed two nights and used the breakfast buffet, which changed its menu each morning, and the large public bath was excellent, but the dessert listed at the breakfast hall entrance was missing and, although they said it ran out early, there was no notice anywhere about it.
The breakfast was a little soggy.
They dealt with my parking queries and room change right away, yet the large public bath only had three washing stations, so I gave up, went back to my room and tried again later.

The hotel lived up to its image, and I understand that a bit of other people's noise is unavoidable.
