“Ottima soluzione”

I liked the spacious room, the espresso machine with Illy pods, the kettle, and the bottled water that came with the stay. The staff were friendly and the on‑site restaurant was very convenient, plus there’s a take‑away option. You can book dinner to your room by giving your room number. The metro is within walking distance and the shopping mall, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops, are also reachable on foot. The breakfast was not very varied—always the same items—but everything was clean and tasty. It’s far from the old town, but that was our choice to stay close to the clinic.

“Danke an Herr Murtaza, der uns super betreut hat.”

The location was great and Mr Murtaza was always available for us. He helped when something was missing and offered a quick solution. The implementation was fast and hassle‑free, and he made our stay really pleasant. Thank you, Murtaza. The room walls were very thin.

Excellent location. The bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy, the bed mattress is uncomfortable, and the lighting isn’t good.

“it was a pleasant experience”

I was surprised at how carefully the management and staff prioritized guests’ needs. I gave my highest recommendation to the staff, especially Hüseyn bey and the cleaning crew. The order, discipline, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleaning, were all notable.

“Lovely Time in İstanbul”

The location, breakfast, and Ebru hanım were extremely kind and welcoming. The only downside was the toilet paper.
