Almost everything worked well, especially the helpful and courteous reception staff. We asked the reception to arrange a taxi and expected a normal taxi, but a Freenow vehicle arrived and the driver charged us 5 € more than the meter rate at the airport, claiming that the reception had booked it under a contract that required an extra 5 €—unbelievable.

The location was perfect for the message, the rooms were clean whilst basic, the staff were pleasant, the food was good. The value for money was not good, the hotel room was not worth what I paid for my stay and when I check the price for my stay 1 day later it would have be 25% of the price I paid
