We were with our kids on spring break and the place was a sweet little hideaway by a stream. The kitchen cooked well, the staff were friendly, and the whole spot felt peaceful. Prices were fair, the kids loved the food, and the scenery was just gorgeous. Would love to come back sometime.

The lodge was simple but perfect for a night's sleep. The room was well‑heated, and we liked having a place to stash our skis and boots. The owners were friendly and the dinner—part of the half‑board—was surprisingly good, a three‑course meal. Breakfast had fresh coffee, sandwiches, sausages, eggs, beans—just enough. Wi‑Fi was weak, but we were too tired to notice.

The operators were very friendly. We booked half‑board, the portions were enough, and each evening there was a different 3‑course menu that tasted good. The place was clean. On the downside, there was no choice at dinner—vegetarians or picky kids might find it odd. The room lacked a hair dryer, one blackout curtain was broken, the owners only spoke English, and the beds were very hard.
