The location is great, right on the beach, and Budva is easy to reach by car. However, the beds were too hard and the air‑conditioning kept cycling on and off because it was directly above the bed, so we had to keep turning it off and on to avoid it being too hot or too cold. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and overall cleanliness could have been better. The reception ladies were friendly, but the owner was unpleasant, so we ended our stay early.

The breakfast was quite inadequate, but the location was wonderful, within walking distance of Jaz beach.

The room was sufficient for our last stop in Montenegro during our road trip to Budva. The hotel is easy to locate, has a nearby parking lot, and the beach is a 2‑minute walk away. A small supermarket and several restaurants are within a 3‑minute walk. The breakfast was decent; adding some fruit would have made it better.

The private beach at the hotel isn’t actually private—everyone can come, and it’s well known that the loungers are free. When you leave your room and come back later, someone might take your umbrella. I had two umbrellas taken in one day, and then I saw groups of umbrellas while I was on a sunny 35‑degree day.

We didn’t like anything. The breakfast was cold and the selection was poor. The furniture was damaged. The room was never cleaned and was dirty, with brown‑stained mattresses. Everything was disgusting! It was forbidden to use the kitchen—no utensils were provided—even though it was advertised as included.
