“Carpet smelled moldy as soon as we walked in. Same smell in room. We regretted our choice!”

The sheets look clean. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, a musty mildew smell hit us, and the same scent lingered in the room. I tried to open a window for fresh air, but it was locked. Because of the timing, we had to stay for a funeral early in the morning; I could have chosen a better place, but the credit card was already charged. I’m allergic to mold and mildew, so I coughed all night. There was mildew in the bathtub’s caulk; the tub, sink, and toilet were otherwise very clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and both my husband and I had no sleep.

“This hotel stay was not enjoyable, nor worth the money.”

The first room was too small, had high humidity, and mold in the bathroom; the fold‑out sofa wasn’t suitable for sleeping. We requested a different room, but it still had a lot of moisture in the air (a humidifier was in the hallway), which was odd. That room was never cleaned – the beds weren’t made and we didn’t receive new towels. In the lobby, vinyl sofas were torn, and the outdoor fire pit wasn’t working.

“Ok for one night”

Front desk service is great. The restroom area in the room needs better cleaning; the sleeping area was fine.

The bed is comfortable and the showers are super steamy 🫶. It was perfect.

The location is central, right in the middle of everything. Nothing else.
