Superb breakfast with perfect host, great base for exploring Keswick . The homemade cakes were beautiful. Shower not very powerful

We had a lovely weekend stay here. Kate really goes above and beyond to make her guests welcome, providing lots of useful information about walks in the area, places to visit and recommendations for evening meals in nearby Braithwaite. The house is beautiful, the rooms well equipped and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing (and there are lots of delicious options) and there is even afternoon cake - perfect after a long hike. I can't think of a single thing - other than we didn't want to leave!

The guest house is stunning and sits in a prime spot. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.

The welcome was excellent. Breakfast, including cake, was great. Kate offered plenty of local insights and solid suggestions for places to visit, walk, and eat.
