“I thank the people of Armenia.”
I was disappointed that one of the hotel buildings lacks an elevator, and the shower area was a bit cramped, but otherwise everything worked fine, even though it was pouring rain.
I liked the large rooms – clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts were decent. The construction around the hotel kept coming, and during our stay a group of students or school kids kept coming in and out, making noise until 2 am right outside our window, which made sleeping difficult.
“Разочаровывающее пребывание: сервис и качество номера совершенно не соответствуют заявленной цене”
Before booking, make sure you know which building your room will be in – the complex has at least two buildings, and mine was in the second one, not the main. In the 70‑euro room, the shower water drained into the sink so that a foul sewage smell lingered all day. If you’re offered a room in the second building, I’d recommend refusing. If you’re planning a summer stay, expect heavy evening noise. Near the residential buildings are several party tents where feasts with loud music, laughter, and noise continue until about 3 am. I also want to note the staff: at reception they repeatedly said the card‑payment terminal didn’t work and suggested a bank transfer, but I eventually managed to pay by card. The breakfast selection is modest, and they only offer instant coffee in sachets, which seems odd for a hotel at this price.
Everything was fantastic—service was top‑class, staff were warm, friendly, and pleasant, and sitting on the balcony felt like a treat; the yard even had peacocks, and the kitchen service was superb with delicious food.
The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the kids’ pool was good. The manager did nothing about the noisy company from a nearby cottage that stayed awake with little kids running and screaming until 3 am; he said there was a birthday in that company and he could do nothing about the noise. Meanwhile, it was my birthday that day, so I concluded that some VIP guests have special rules.
