The staff were very helpful, but the bathroom was subpar, the lighting was weak, and there was no geyser for hot water.

Two single women arrived at the hotel at 3:30 AM with a confirmed OYO booking, only to be turned away by the front‑desk staff member named Mr. Ganesh, who claimed he had resigned and that the hotel could not accommodate them; he added that the number was registered with OYO but the hotel was refusing service, leaving the guests in an unsafe and stressful situation, and they demand compensation under the OYO Guest policy for “Confirmed Booking Denied” and strict action against the hotel, requesting a response within 24 hours.
