It was a charming B&B in a small square in the city center; check‑in was online and fully autonomous. The room was the right size, clean, and had the necessary comforts. When booking, clearer information about the check‑in process would have helped, as I only received the message a few hours before arrival despite several inquiries.

The location was fine, but the bed was tiny, uncomfortable, and noisy; the shower was also small. The online check‑in was overly complicated and the communication felt very impersonal.

The location was perfect, the room had been renovated and was quiet. I couldn’t use the breakfast that was supposed to be included, but the host, who was very kind and helpful, arranged for me to have breakfast at a nearby bar.
