This hotel earns its high rating for a reason—every detail feels polished. Check‑in was swift, rooms spotless, linens immaculate, and the breakfast was complete with quality ingredients; the dinner was a home‑style masterpiece and the pudding dessert reminded me of one I ate at a stay in the Copa. Every staff member was outstanding, especially Bruna at breakfast who was efficient and kind, and Mr. Brito was very courteous. The parking was excellent, the pool pristine, and the gardens well tended. It’s one of the most well‑rounded hotels I’ve seen, showing clear care, training, and guest concern, all at a great value.
