Our stay was made by Xiaolin, who was amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
The location was perfect - central but quiet, and the host Xiaolin was incredible, always ready to help.
The pool area was a nice spot to cool off.
The place itself was really great, I loved it. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel is a real gem! It’s spotlessly clean, well‑organized, and beautifully kept. I stayed in winter, and the rooms are designed to keep a comfortable temperature, making the environment always pleasant. The shower is great, with hot water (there’s even hot tap water!). The hotel offers a 24‑hour self‑service dining area with a variety of food and drinks, which was very handy during my stay. I had a fantastic time there and must thank Xiaolin for the excellent service. From before I arrived until the day I left, she was extremely helpful and always quick to reply on WhatsApp. She assisted with everything from check‑in questions to arranging round‑trip transfers, and her help made the whole experience special. Ten out of ten for Nueva Lodge! I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again. The only drawback, which doesn’t affect the overall experience or comfort at all, is the Wi‑Fi. The signal isn’t the best and at times the internet is intermittent. It only became a bit inconvenient at the end of the day when we wanted to use it for non‑essential things like Instagram or WhatsApp, which we hardly used during the trip. It’s important to note that Wi‑Fi is available and works, just not the best. I’m being very strict, because honestly, as I mentioned, the rating for the hotel remains 10! It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it!

The location is really good. There is no one to help if you need something. One day I ran out of hot water. I had a 7 am tour and no one resolved it. I came back and still had no hot water. It wasn’t fixed until 2 pm.

Beautiful property, very well located. Xiaolin was very responsive—even when we had to ask her a question at midnight. There is a 24‑hour cantina with bread, cereals, fruit, snacks, cold cuts, instant coffee and tea. They also have water bottles and thermoses to borrow. Despite all the nice things in the cantina, we would have loved access to boiled eggs. One morning (out of 5) an employee in the cantina made us some eggs.
