The room was huge and gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfy, the view was stunning, the spot was perfect for our convention at the MCEC and the DFO, and everyone on staff was wonderfully kind and friendly; the only gripe was having to ride two elevators just to reach our room, which was a laugh.

Loved the location and proximity to the convention centre. It was a good home base for 4 nights. It was clean, tidy, compact. Our fridge was a bit leaky, and the beds were way too soft for our taste

The room was fine, not too squishy and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Location is perfect for the MCEC!. Room Service does not exist! We tried to order breakfast only to find the menu on the QR code only had 3 dishes available and a 1 hour and 30 minute wait. When i tried to call to ask about the rest of the menu as listed on the in room print version, no one answered! I tried 3 times waiting a few minutes between each attempt but ultimately gave up. After returning from our event at 9.45 PM we decided to try room service again. This time the online menu said no room service available until morning - despite the printed menu in room stating hot snacks were available overnight! This was during a MAJOR event at MCEC when the hotel was heavily booked. Unfortunately this location doesn't have many other options for breakfast or a later dinner. Really disappointing! They also do not restock milk in your room so if you don't drink your tea or coffee black you are out of luck if you are staying multiple nights. At this price point i expect better

How insanely close it is to the Convention centre. They validate your parking for a cheaper price then paying the Convention centre pricing. Hotel was very clean, professional, and comfy. Their breakfast was amazing. The price was a bit steep, but it was a really nice, expensive looking hotel
