Only the location and the room were good; the power outlet didn’t work, the food was not good, there were many insects during the food prep and no solution was offered, and staff didn’t communicate about the food prep time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional care provided by the entire staff team. The amenities and overall organization of the hotel truly exceeded my expectations, making for a very enjoyable stay. I was thoroughly impressed with everything the hotel had to offer, and I didn't have any issues or complaints during my visit. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and appreciated the hotel's attention to detail.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the hotel's customer service, particularly with the manager. However, I did appreciate the hotel's peaceful surroundings and the fact that it was located a bit off the main road, which made for a serene atmosphere.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere due to the low number of guests and its secluded location away from the main road. However, I was disappointed with the high prices considering the hotel's somewhat outdated condition. The service was also a letdown, with the staff seeming overwhelmed and making mistakes like adding service charges to every request, including fetching a drink from the fridge without even providing a glass.
