The staff were extremely helpful, arranging food delivery, bus transfers and offering local tips with a professional touch; the night‑shift team always wore smiles, which made the trip enjoyable. The bed was large, clean and comfortable, the room spacious and quiet with no noise from neighbours, and the fridge, kettle, air‑con, and hair‑dryer all worked flawlessly. No real complaints—though the floor near the sink was constantly a little damp and I couldn’t locate a nearby shop for drinks.
