The food was good. No complaints.

Just as other guests mentioned, the meals served for breakfast and dinner were unbelievably delicious. The only disappointment was that almost every corner of the building was crowded with photos and plates, which felt cramped and took away from the atmosphere.

The hot spring, meals, and service were all excellent.

The in-room golden onsen was stunning, the service exemplary, the cuisine delicate, excellent, and generous. The Arima onsen itself is a small area to wander around.
