The value for money is great; the room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was also very good, especially the coconut pancakes. The bed is lovely and soft, which was amazing after a long flight. They arranged an airport pick‑up for us too. I would stay again. The only drawback was the shower pressure when turned to hot/warm.

The staff were very friendly, but the room and bathroom cleanliness weren’t good enough. Breakfast was terrible.

Only one staff member on site, but he was genuinely lovely and did his best. The bathroom was clean, breakfast was decent with great fruit, and mornings were peaceful, waking up to birdsong. The room stayed quiet even though the street outside can get noisy. The bed linen and mattress were dirty, and there was a persistent damp smell in the room. Water pressure was poor, the air conditioner needs servicing and a filter clean, and some ceiling lights weren't working. The small window has no curtain or blind. A taxi booked through the property cost nearly five times what it should have (6,000 LKR versus 1,300 LKR on PickMe). There was little in the way of a welcome the next day, just the one staff member around, so I left quietly.

The staff were friendly, but the mattress and towels felt outdated. The location was a bit challenging, almost isolated in a remote area.
