Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Everything was balanced, clean, comfortable… but the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was wide and constantly restocked; you can go down 10 minutes before breakfast closes and find everything ready. The same applies to dinner. The Wi‑Fi was a bit slow.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights with our two children in a nice family room. Unfortunately the ceiling in the bathroom was damp; after reporting it, they offered polite apologies and promised to fix it. We slept in a wonderfully large bed, which was really comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included and there was nothing to complain about, truly delicious! Plenty of choices, each day a different menu. Overall a fine stay. The hotel needs some updates here and there.

It’s surrounded by bars and very close to the promenade and beach, but it’s far from the city center 😅🙄.

The location and the breakfast were fine, but the spa had no allotted time and when I went there, only one person was present; I waited 15 minutes but nothing happened and the sauna was closed.

Ho prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale + letto singolo pagando un sovrapprezzo.mi sono ritrovato due letti singoli. Ho fatto presente alla reception il problema mostrando la mia prenotazione con il sovrapprezzo. Nonostante avessero una camera con letto matrimoniale una persona dello staff ha detto che per una sola notte non mi davano la camera. Contattato il servizio clienti Booking, dopo l'attesa la chiamata è stata rimbalzata in qualche paese extra-UE da un'operatrice che ovviamente non ha fatto nulla. Succede sempre con Booking.hanno gia incassato e lasciano i clienti in balia di se stessi. Rientrato in hotel in serata la chiave non funzionava.son dovuto ri-scendere alla reception dove pretendevano che cambiassi camera perché per magia ne avevano trovata una con letto matrimoniale.stavo andando a dormire ed ovviamente ho rifiutato. Per andare in bagno devi fare Tetris tra WC e lavabo (Allego foto). 0 set di cortesia nella camera Ovviamente non sono stato rimborsato
