I had a decent stay here, the staff were super helpful and the location was really convenient for getting around. However, I did have some issues with the air conditioning in my room - it wasn't working at all, which made for a pretty uncomfortable night.

My experience was mixed - the front desk staff at night were pretty unfriendly and didn't seem to want to help, but the restaurant staff were great and the food was good. Unfortunately, the room service was really bad, which was a letdown.
